This Privacy Policy explains how HeyOhm (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the HeyOhm website, applications, and services (the “Service”). Questions or requests about your information: [email protected].

2. Information covered

Account details — your name, email address, and password, and the workspace you belong to.
Your content — prompts, product photos and details, images, audio, and video you upload, and the content generated from them.
Face and voice recordings — if you create a Creator, the recording you provide and the images and voice made from it.
Billing records — your plan, subscription, and credit transactions. Card details are handled by our payment processor, Stripe, and are not stored by us.
Connected accounts — when you connect TikTok, TikTok Shop, or Instagram, the access tokens and data needed to publish content and show the results you authorise.
Support messages you send us.
Technical data — log data such as IP address, browser and device information, and how you use the Service.

An email address and password are needed to create an account. Everything else you choose to provide when you use a feature.

3. Purposes and permissions

to run the Service and make the content you ask for;
to process payments, credits, and subscriptions;
to publish content to, and show results from, the platforms you connect, as you direct;
to contact you about your account, security, and changes to the Service;
to detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and breaches of our Terms; and
to meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information and do not use it for advertising. You can stop providing optional information at any time — for example by disconnecting a platform — though the features that need it will stop working.

4. Faces, voices, and AI providers

A Creator is made from a recording of a face and voice that you provide. We store the recording and what is made from it in your workspace so you can use the Creator in your videos. Only create a Creator of a person who has agreed to it (see our Terms).

To generate content, we send the inputs a request needs — such as prompts, images, and recordings — to third-party AI model providers, which process them to produce the result under their own terms. We do not use your content to train AI models of our own.

5. Sharing and international processing

We share information only:

with service providers that run the Service for us — hosting and storage, AI model providers, payments (Stripe), and email delivery;
with the platforms you connect, to carry out the actions you authorise;
with the people in your workspace, who can see its content according to their role;
with other HeyOhm users or on our public pages only if you agree — your content is private to your workspace on every plan;
when the law requires it, or to protect rights, safety, and the Service; and
as part of a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.

Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

We use essential cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in, remember your settings, and protect your account. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Payment pages are provided by Stripe, which uses its own cookies under its own policy.

7. Retention and security

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete or anonymise its information unless we must keep it by law. We use technical and organisational measures designed to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Your choices and requests

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, to withdraw consent, or to object to certain processing. You can update much of your information in your account, disconnect linked platforms at any time, and write to [email protected] for anything else. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

9. Children and policy updates

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, please contact us and we will delete it. We may update this policy; we will post the new version with a new “Last updated” date and, for material changes, tell you through the Service.
